Is this normal? I have a shared internet connection and i have a huge problems with filesharing programs not working. THis one is the fastest i have found so far but there seems to be a slight preculiarity with d/l speeds. Im currently downloading from some person. I believe they have either cable or T1. But the speed jumps all over the place. Once second its 5k/s and the next its 0k/s and then its 3 or so... It just keeps doing this. Is this normal? I dont know much about net protocols so i dont know. Is there any way to make it remain constant 5k/s (or higher) |
if you aren't the only person downloading files from this user, then the download speed will be affected. also remember that this user could also be trying to download files at the same time that you are downloading files from them - that will also affect the download speed. zbell:D |
That happens to me too, always fluctuating. |
