![]() I have a shared internet connection and i have a huge problems with filesharing programs not working. THis one is the fastest i have found so far but there seems to be a slight preculiarity with d/l speeds. Im currently downloading from some person. I believe they have either cable or T1. But the speed jumps all over the place. Once second its 5k/s and the next its 0k/s and then its 3 or so... It just keeps doing this. Is this normal? I dont know much about net protocols so i dont know. Is there any way to make it remain constant 5k/s (or higher) |
