Slow Connection Speed
 

I have cable.
With the old Morpheus, I would gennerally see my downloads at speeds anywhere from 15 to 60 kb/s.
I tried the new morpheus, then bearshare, now limewire. With all these, my download speeds have dropped below 5 kb/s.

Does this have anything to do with my IPS Cox Communications, which started with Excite's server and now has gone to its own starting February 28th!

When I first log on, I show my download is going to clock in around 30 kb/s. Then, the speed quickly drops below 10 kb/s to usually around 5 kb/s.
