Cannot Connect

I cannot connect - light turns green then goes to red.
Please HELP

cannot connect

I was connecting fine until Tuesday night. I have tryed redownloading the program and still nothing. I am behind a firewall but I cant see where that would matter. I get an error message that says it cant find Java/lang/String . This is very frustrating could you please help?

I believe you need 1.3 and 1.4 for the latter to work correctly
