![]() Ok... I've been running Limewire (2.4.4 Pro) for a while now, and I consistently get better results when I connect as an ultrapeer. In fact, I'll disconnect and reconnect until I stay as an ultrapeer, because I tend to get a better experience overall. I connect to a University network, and I've noticed lately that I can't connect as an Ultrapeer at all. Even the Connections window, when disconnected, displays [Client] where it used to display [Ultrapeer] until connected as a leaf. No, I don't have the Ultrapeer option disabled. What gives? The telnet trick displays "GNUTELLA OK", so it's not the network. Is this a software bug? Thanks in advance for any help. Rob robfulcher@hotmail.com |
