Default Connection behavior question/force push

I'm not really having a problem, but I noticed some behavior that I thot was interesting and was wondering if some Limewire guru could help explain it . . . .

I recently disabled the ultrapeer fuction when I collected so many leaves it was impairing my own ability to search and download. As I write this, however, I have one incoming connection (for grins and giggles I've left it alone, tho I've noticed it reduces the number of hosts I can connect to). Is that supposed to happen?

It's not supposed to happen, btu it can happen if you were an ultrapeer.

At first I thot it was a fluke, but it's happened several times since then. I don't really mind, it was just unexpected. Must be an "undocumented feature"
