OS 10.2 Compatability?

I've seen complaints from a few other users in other "non-connection" threads regarding OS 10.2 (Jaguar). Does anyone know if Limewire has some official word on their compatability with Apple's newest OS? My Limewire worked quite well under OS 10.1.5 this morning, then I upgraded to Jaguar and I now can not connect. Tried running the Limewire uninstall and doing a clean install of the latest version and this did not help. I know its not because of my service provider since it worked fine before. Whats the story?

I've been running 10.2 for over a week now and limewire has worked fine for me until today. Now I get the same non-connection symptoms as everyone else here is noting. So, I don't think it is a problem with jaguar.

router.limewire.com is down

go in the connection tab and enter
connect1.bearshare.net
press add and you should connect.

Tried adding connect1.bearshare.net as you suggested but nothing happened, it still won't connect.

Acquisition 0.62 (based on Limewire code) is having connection issues as well.

ROUTER.LIMEWIRE.COM IS DOWN

to fix this problem, go into prefs and click on connections. delete all the servers listed. replace with:

router.bearshare.com
connect1.bearshare.net

I have the following Hosts entered in Tools > Options > Connections:

router.limewire.com:6346
connect1.gnutellanet.com:6346
through
connect7.gnutellanet.com:6346
gnet2.ath.cx:6346
gnotella.fileflash.com:6346
gnutella-again.hostscache.com:6346

I cannot connect at all. I am using Mac G4
OS 9.1
384 MB RAM
LimeWire 2.4.4

I have not tried for a few days to connect, but as I am reading, this is especially a problem today.

Is it just Mac users having this problem?

And if so, why?

Very strange.

this is what i put into my server list

router.bearshare.com
connect1.bearshare.net
connect2.bearshare.net
connect3.bearshare.net
connect4.bearshare.net
gnet2.ath.cx:6346
connect1.gnutellanet.com:6346
gnutella.fileflash.com:6346

it's working like a charm, if it doesn't connect on first try just hit connect a copule of times it'll go. servers are backed up.

everyone just gotta relax, everythings all good - thank you juliez for your server listing by the way, i added some of yours.

nibur763, you're welcome.

I tried another user's reply and entered connect3.bearshare.net and it worked. I will go to that thread to thank him/her.
