Limewire 2.6.3 won't work The limewire verson 2.6.3 that was suggested to download to get rid of the problem about Limewire seeming to stay open for a few seconds does not work. I downloaded it and now I can't even get ON Limewire. It gives me a notice everytime saying : java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/java...... I sent the notice to Limewire but nothing has been done. Can somebody please tell me what I am supposed to do because I have no idea. |
Maybe LimeWire is not the right client for you... |
Chill Out Krieger88 Look, you don't need to get all uppity with people who took your advice, but it didn't work. You're not the Limewire Goddess so if what you suggest isn't right then don't act like its MY fault! |
Hey, - you have obviously not much luck running LimeWire since it doesn't work, - so it'd would be logical just to try another one. |
I would remove and reinstall Java. I am using Sun's 1.4.0 and Limewire 2.6.3 works just fine for me. |
I agree that it is worth removing and reinstalling Java. I had issues with 2.6.3 pro and that worked for me. Norm |
www.gnutelliums.com has lot's of gnutella clients, - if LimeWire won't work - and on some computers it simply won't for whatever reason, - try another client. |
