Trouble connecting
 

When I try to connect, it immediatly disconnects and the few times I have been able to connect it simply disconnects a few minutes later. Kind of frustrating. I'm using ver. 2.6.3.

My LimeWire connects right away. - I guess I'm lucky and you are not!

I have the same problem. It will only connect for a second then will disconnect right away.

Me too! It always used to work on my machine. I don't understand

I've been in your shoes, believe me! And I've noticed it's a common occurence but I put the facts (the slim facts) together and worked out a solution.

I'm on a Mac by the way...

Anyway, do a Google search and find a free download of Limewire
ver. 2.4.4...

I installed 2.6, then went back to 2.5... with NO SUCCESS whatsoever...

...NUTHIN, I tells ya... then I UNINSTALLED them and put 2.4.4 on and GUESS WHAT?

Yep, you guessed it... I'm on.
