Connection Problems Problems getting the LimeWire or WireShare program connecting to the Gnutella network.

![]() I am on cable and I can download just fine with LimeWire, I love it. However, when someone tries to download from me, it will start the upload but always so slow... 2kb/sec and down. But when I upload a file to someone, say, over FTP it usualy goes around 80kb/sec, depending on their connection speed...blahblah u know the deed... But on LimeWire, its just ack... I also have had this problem on WinMX. Anyone know what causes this? |

![]() The party downloading from you can only download as fast as his system will allow. If they are on a slow dial up their download capability will be the bottleneck not your upload ability. Norm |
