connect wont work

When i press connect nothing happens. When i search it says i need to press connect. I have a cable modem that runs all the time

I have a firewall

its a NORTON PERSONAL FIREWALL

wat do i need to do so it will work

Are you people using firewalls?

Try it with them turned off or properly configured. Allow LimeWire.exe and java to pass through the firewall in both directions.

We are working on a step by step document for specific firewalls. Any help would be appreciated.
