![]() Had the same problem as others; connecting for only two seconds. I uninsatlled limewire, reinstalled the latested version (2.11) and connected. What joy! When I closed the program and tried to run it again, back to the same old crap. No connection. I have windows 2k, DSL with bellsouth at home, no firewall (that I am aware of). Seems like there are all kinds of people using all kinds of formats and getting the same result. All those variables yielding the same result proves that there is a problem with the constant i.e. LIMEWIRE is not working! I saw that AOL is not supporting the use of gnutella. Could this possibly be (far fetched as it may seem) that the corporate giants are protecting their own? Kazza sucks. I want my limewire back. boo boo |
