Problems
 

I have contacted you before, my limewire is not dowloading music. Instead, I have lots of music waiting for connections. Whats that all about. My system is open and gets downloaded from often. But I am unable to get the same thing when I look for songs. What can be done about this. Right now I feel like I am wasting time looking for music that I can not get.

can you be a bit more specific - do you have files in the download window that are not downloading?

does it say 'queued'? 'couldn't download'? 'waiting for sources'?

i can give you some general advice:

• only download files that have multiple sources, at least 3 or 4. files from that are only served by one host have a high likelihood of failure, because once that host disconnects, there's no alternatives.
• if a download interrupts, try searching for the same file again. if limewire finds additional hosts serving the same file (maybe they just connected a while ago), it will add them to the sources and the download will resume.
