ok, checked the settings on Limewire under
tools-> options->advanced->port and also firewalls
both are set to 6346, even tried to force IP still not connecting, Man I am ready to give this thing up. It has to be my router, This is a Westell here at home and the one at the business is a speedstream, never had any problems with the one at the business

Alright, when you installed the router, you should have gotten some sort of router utility, or somehow are able to gain access to the router via software. Your manual should tell you how. I don't know Westell off hand, but no doubt their website has the utility or another method of access. From the utility or other method (sometimes it's from a browser, I know 2wire does that) you open up the port 6346 to your computer.
