Default Connection Problems

I just download Limewire for Mac OSX and everytime I go to connect the light at the bottom goes from red to green for a split second and then back to red. Basically it wont connect. If anyone can help me could you possibly email me: em_l_e@hotmail.com with the subject Limewire

You have to wait for limewire to connect on its own going to file connect will not do any thing but p i s s you off. best connection time is from 5 to 11 PM.

Try checking the "Force IP" box in Limewire->Preferences->Advanced->Firewalls. You can also open the built in OSX firewall for gnutella in System Preferences->Sharing->Firewall->New->Gnutella/Limewire (6346).
If you need more, post back with the details of how your machine connects to the internet.
