no connection red light green light red FCUK!
 

i have a mac ibook with mac 0sx version 10.2.6. I put lime wire on the fire wall thingy so it can connect but it wont! I just want this to work. I looked ant the veiw connection thingy and tired again and it says "router limewire.com connecting.... .6 but then it goes away and there is no connection

Hate this kind of computer crap!@!!!!!! Help m,e someone!

I know what you mean--I hate this sort of post. No details but lots of attitude, and probably no easy solution, and if there were--no thanks.
Anyway, you seem to be determined to make it work, so I guess I'll try again. You do know that if you donate to the Pro version, you're supposed to get email support? (Save your money till you know it works, though. I've had excellent support on these forums).

So where's the problem? You can't connect, but the problem could be with your LW (clean install of new version fix), your set-up (updates/safe boot/permissions repair), your connection to the internet (cable? modem? router?), your ISP (call them and try and get past 1st level sluff), or with other clients who don't accept your connections (share more files, find an IP:port to connect). Just ask if there's something you don't understand, and let me know if you want to keep trying. Many helped me, so I'm willing if you are.
