It Still Wont Connect

I've tried everything .. force ip and that sorta stuff but it just wont connect ... i dont know what to do

Tell your ISP. You've tried all the tips here, so it looks like their problem. Sometimes even the help desk at your IPS doesn't know there's a problem. Just tell them you cannot connect to the gnutella network on port 6346.
