Having Trouble Connecting
 

When I first loaded the program, it worked fine. I loaded everything it said it needed to run it. I shut the computer down over night and try working the program the next day and it tells me (disconnected/no files available). I am on line. I managed to get it to work the other night and I don't know how I did it, but now it won't work again. It comes up with that same message at the top. What do I do?
