Hi guys,
Here's your answer to your problem:
A similar (will exact lol) question was raised on our forum not so long ago and the answer is to use a program called SocksCap which relays the messages from the program through socks to the proxy.

I am using Centurytel DSL and could connect until recently. My download ability has gone down the drain. I don't know who's fault it is but it sure sucks. I managed to download much more with the free Limewire than with the Limewire Pro. Sure hope I didn't waste my money.
