connection problems
 
Brand new user, very computer illiterate, using Mac OS 10.2.8, and am getting the same connection problems I see others have had (ie conenction flashes green for a brief second, then remains red). Ive deleted the preferences folder, disabled the tips and autoconnect, but no joy. My firewall is off. Please help!:confused:
