Cant Connect/Internal Error Message

First off, I read just about every thread on connection problems, nothing works for me. I've used LimeWire for months successfully, but I can't connect for the last week or so. The light flashes back to red after a second or two.
I am running XP with a modem.
When I start LimeWire I get an internal error message. I'm going to paste it in, so please excuse the long read. If anyone can help me It'll really be appreciated. Thanks!

LimeWire version 3.6.15

Java version 1.3.1_04 from Sun Microsystems Inc.

Windows XP v. 5.1 on x86

Are you using a firewall? Looks like your system doesn't allow any program to open a listening port.
