Firewall is Blocking How to Allow Help

Hi,

After shutting down my firewall (sygate personal 5.5) I was able to connect to Limewire (3.6.15). I've checked my blocked logs on Sygate but can't find any reference to LW being blocked, although I will admit I am a total novice and may not know for certain. My current port setting on LW is 6346.
I am very uncomfortable with shutting my firewall down. Is there a way to have my firewall accept LW without shutting it down?

Search for a program called "javaw" instead. We're looking into having LimeWire run as LimeWire.exe, but for the meantime, it runs as javaw.exe.
