I have posted three times and e-mailed threre times and no answers and no help how long is it going to take and why put out another update that is just as unreliable, the amount of help you give is great but not effective

In fairness to the board and the group I just read your post and I have no clue what your problem is or what it is related to. You started a new thread and if you posted before there is no way to connect it.

keeps diconnecting from IP address meaning i have to repair connection! im on Windows XP home/ Dell 4550/cable modem/LW 3.8.7................................I have deleted preferance library each time and that works but only once then back to the above procedure, I love the program , i have subscribed twice to keep up with upgrades but the one before 3.8.7 seemed to screw up! just waitin' for the fix
