Listening port

Limewire won't let me change my listening port... i had the same error that said: Could not find port to use for incoming connections. Please specify a port from the configuration window: so when i tried to change the port configuration it said *Port not available, please select a different port. ??

I'm having the same problem, and I'm unable to connect to anything anymore becaues of it...I didn't have this problem with 14b, but with 16 I can't connect.
