 Hi. Whenever I try to connect I it always just says 'connecting' in the corner. I've left it on for hours. Any Ideas? 1. Operating System version (eg: Win 98), Red HAT 9 2. What firewalls you have, Unsure. How do I check? 3. ram, 512 4. HDD space available, 20 GIGS 5. Connection type, Cable 6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers, Unsure 7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)? Work  |
