Cannot connect please help

I have tried just about everything to try & get connected & have run out of patience trying. Is there something that I have missed. Have been trying now for about 8 weeks. Please help me. unexpierenced.

Also it could help to say what is your computer running: OS, firewall, router, net connection, ISP etc...
