Could not move to library

When I select a searched item for download, it appears in the lower 'download' pane with the initial (2 secs)status of "Queued" quickly followed by
"Could not move to the Library"
... and therefore it is unable to download. Can anybody tell me what I've done incorrectly? How can I get it to work properly?

You need to redownload LW and install it. Go here.

If that doesent work you need to reinstall Java. Go here to get the latest version (not beta).

Thanks for your prompt advice. I've tried to re-install twice, after first uninstalling using the supplied LW uninstall program, but get the following message when I try to re-boot.
