I cannot connect to Limewire to download today. Yesterday I was able and did download 1 song. I run Windows 98 and have tried to download the latest version of Limewire 3.8.10 twice to no avail. It won't connect. I even tried downloading Kazaa and that won't connect either. All my other internet connections are fine. I have no firewall to block anything. What could be wrong? Anyone who might know the answer can reply to me via this forum or by personal e-mail at PERSONAL INFO

My system (Windows 98) doesn't even have the directory referred to in the link provided. What is disturbing is that I was able to connect yesterday and not today with no apparent reason for the 180 reversal. Looks like I'm all through downloading music from Limewire. It was fun while it lasted!

It took a power outage and a re-boot to get Limewire back to functioning properly. Thanks for all the suggestions.
