connecting on OS x
 

well I had the same problem and after repeated attempts of deleating the prefrences I junked everything pertaining to limewire. Now i have downloaded the application from scratch...installed it....and still i have problems. when i first downloaded the upgrade I couldn't connect but at least I had connection addresses that it was searching for, now after doing a full install of the new program there aren't any connection addresses at all, nothing. At the top of the window it has the library, monitor, and search tabs but no connection tabs, and i can't access them through the menu bar also. I am having serious problems here, I am running Mac OS X if you can help please respond.

The connection buttons you are looking for are found under the File tab (they never worked for me though so....)
About the connection, firewalls maybe?
