 XP Pro Connection problems, please god read this and help me!!! I just installed Windows XP Pro on my computer. I can't connect to Limewire, Blubster, or Kazaa. I don't think it is all of their software. I think it is that I am a computer illiterate retard. Generally, my belief is that something about "port forwarding" is wrong. My firewall is turned off. Something called Simple file sharing is turned on. I have checked the internet security level and it's all at either "enable" or "prompt" Pretty much, it must be something preventing me from receiving information. I had XP Home and all three programs worked fine. I am studying for the California Bar Exam and have wasted 3 hours in complete frustration. Please help me and I will be forever in debt to you.  |
