 Can't even launch the application Okay, I've downloaded the multilingual version, I have the latest Java downloaded from your website. When I first installed, I could get the application to launch but not connect. I rebooted and now if I click the icon, nothing happens. It's like it doesn't exist anymore. I have no idea what to try next. It just seems too freaky to me that you have to jump through soooo many hoops to get the thing working. I hope my $18.00 goes to some good.  |
