how low does it go? does it disconnect.
if not you've got nothing to worry about, it's normal for it to do that

No it's not. At least not per se. It is normal to expect variations in the connection status, wether it is loosing or gaining "strength".
If, however, StDennis witnesses this regularly (as in "it does this every single time"), then it is possible that it is due to something else than users randomly going on/offline.

I just noticed that you have a total of 4 posts and all of them are new thread posts covering the same subject. Read the rules. Spammer...

good don't do it again people don't like spammers, sorry if I might had offended you by saying all the things in my last post but I don't like spammers and I think it's the quality of your connection that is turbocharged/exelent...etc not how fast you are, but I might be wrong

If you have a Poor connection status and do a search of a popular file and manage to find broadband hosts, you're still going to have great speeds. For example, with a poor status, connecting to a T3 host will get you great speeds, provided you actually do connect to them and that they don't go offline.
A better connection status will give you better results, thus better chances of connecting to better (=faster) hosts.
