Firewalls

Still having firewall trouble...what is going on? Will someone please help me? I am a college student too but my roommates program works. I did everything I was told to do so far but still get the message that a firewall is blocking my connection. PLEASE HELP!

yes we are both doing the same thing and have all the same programs
