Default ERROR: LimeWire was unable to setup a port to listen to incoming connections

I always get this error message when I try to start LimeWire. I'm pretty sure there are atleast a couple dozen of you out there who have this problem aswell. Can some one tell me what to do?

usually it helps if you kill the application that is blocking all your ports (firewall?).

I tried it. The file worked for about 2 weeks before this happened. I tried disabling my McAfee fire wall but that doesn't help. I even killed my anti-virus. Any other ideas =/ ???

Difficult. You might want to try some random listening ports (although LimeWire should already do so automatically) in the options. (Options->Advanced->Port)
