Default Connection on building firewall

here's the problem.

i'm in a building that has it's own firewall. I turned off the firewall from Windows and I can't get limewire to work. Obvviously, it's the building's firewall. I just purchased limewire pro. I also have AOL 9.0 and using Firefox as my internet. I ahve mcafee firewall on as well. Where is the problem? says connecting, but never gets passed that. Can I get around the buidling firewall -- if not, is it something else that's the problem? If not, can I get my moeny back from Limewire.

Didn't you read anything when purchasing Pro? No refunds.
Anyway, try turning off the Mcafee firewall too and read this about the AOL part.
Relaunch LW after that and go to Tools, Options and Bug Reports. Click the button for an example and go to the part where it says "Recieved incoming this session".If it says true, then the building's firewall is not in your way. False means the contrary.
If it's false, come back and we'll try some altenate ports.
