![]() Windows XP Ethernet via university network Limewire 4.0.8 Basic I've gotten error messages saying that there is a firewall and that the Provider might not allow Gunutella programs The thing is, I know a lot of students on this campus who use LimeWire just fine, and my friend on the same night, almost same time, was connected and is currently using the program from teh same site I downloaded it from. So, I think it might be something in my computer, like a personal computer firewall. He tried to help me, but we couldn't find it, his computer was set up differently or something. I don't know too much about configuration. I tried for about 2 hours to fix setting or change things. The only firewall I could find was the Network one, and i took it off, but every time i try to connect I either get disconnected right away, or I get a Poor Quality and get disconnected after starting to DL 1 song. If anyone could help, that would be great. I just don't know what more I can do. I'm so fustrated. I've also deleted the file properties and tried again, and again. and also restarted about 4 or 5 times. Nikki P.S. how to you change ports?
