cannot connect

hi, I am a new limewire user and this is my 1st post. I have 2 computers running xp with service pack 2. The 2nd computer is networked through a wireless linsys router. There is no problem connecting to limewire with the other computer which has the microsoft firewall enabled. The networked computer, however will not connect. I have tried the suggestion in the limewire hompage of adding gnutella, the 127.0.0.1 ip address and also the port number. After a reboot, I was able to connect. After a subsequent reboot it fails again. Even if I delete and add again the ip address and port, it will not connect. If I disable the microsoft firewall then I can connect without a problem. I have made sure that limewire is in the exception list of the microsoft firewall. Any ideas out there? Thanks.

I'm wondering if I even need a firewall on the networked computer. The main computer has a router (hardware firewall) as well as the microsoft firewall activated and since the networked computer is essentially an extension of this, it's ip address must be invisible to the outside world as well.
