Total Files Count

Hi
Does any 1 knows how to increase the total file sharing when connected as ultrapeer? my average is 1,000k files. is this normal when connected 24/7 to 32peers, 30 leaf? Only once the total file count went up to 200M but, went down back to the average after 10min. Also, what is the difference between ultrapeer and peer? if there is a difference, how can an UP connect to another UP?
