limewire.exe problems (Limewire 4.0.8)

I have read the problems people are having trying to load the Limewire.exe file. I have followed the instructions of people's replies like deleting the .Limewire directory and making sure that Limewire isn't running. The problem is that it is still NOT RUNNING !!! And now, I cannot even start the Java Web Start (v.1.4.2). Funny thing cuz the first time I used Limewire, it worked just fine. Someone plz help. Thank you.
