i cant connect to lime wire
 

i have verizon dsl and i understand computers pretty well however i cant connect to lime wire pro when the program starts - i get an error message telling me it appears my machine does not have an internet connetion - or a firewall is blocking
- i have re configured and also disabled the firewall- verizon dls is always connected when i start the computer up - so i cant figure out why it dont connect. i keep getting that same eror msg can anyone help or assist ?

Which OS version you using (& which security patch)? When LW is open, click Tools->Options & go to Bug report & click for an example. In the window that appears scroll down to the part that says: "Recieved incoming this session". If it says ‘True’ then LW has no problem with firewalls, but if 'False' it does have a prob.
