Firewall problem

Help! My macOSX sends me a message that the system is blocking port 3689. I don't know what to do as I am not very computer literate when it comes to problems. Can anyone help me?

Tell us what size lifebuoy you need. We don't want to send you the wrong size. lol Check LW's Prefs-Bug report (see image link though it's 4 pc, same principle.) About half way down report. Is it true/false? Also are you connected thru a router, at home, school, work, or other institution? What type of connection do you have? Firewalls?
