cannot connect
 

i am having a huge problem and really need help..i have already emailed in the contact us place of limewire and had no response..
this is my problem..
I paid for limewire thru paypal..my NEW computer contacted a spyware and I had to take my computer back to the orginal settings which deleated limewire from my desk top and now when i go on the internet and try and log in to limewire it says that my email address is not a known user...please help...

Hmmm-- the Pro page lookup is good for six months, then expires. If you are still within the six month limit and it doesn't recognize the email address, maybe you used a different address when you bought Pro (this can be a pain remembering what address was used :)).

they're still trouble when living at home and over 21 ;)

My problem is when I type in limewire to search the internet it never looks like the home page of where I registered..
I only have one address so getting that mixed up cannot be the problem and it has only been about 1 1/2 months ago so no where near the 6 months..but I don't think I had pro...do you have any idea what I should type in to download it again or who I should contact? I really would like to download some songs and really don't want to pay for it again...Cristy:rolleyes:

that may be the problem..I didn't purchase limewire pro....I was going to upgrade to the pro but hadn't yet..It was just limewire...know anything about that?

LimeWire is Free. Sigh--looks like someone sold you the Free LimeWire.

It really doesn't matter though: you can still use the Free LW to search for content.

try searching for then deleting .limewire folder

i'll try searching for it and seeing if I can find it...
I don't understand limewire being free...every place I go into that has limewire gives you a one time price to use their services...where do I go to find this free limewire?
