unable to connect i am now living on campus at college using the ethernet. i have tried to download songs but am unable to connect to limewire(among others: napster, imesh, kazaa). what is the problem? how can a firewall be altered? will i ever be able to download songs? i did attempt to download the version on the opening site and the resolution for those who it did not work for, but did not work. |
I was running 1.6b without problem, and then installed 1.6d and the program would not launch under windows. I have a DSL connection, Win 98, and java 1.3.1 is installed on my machine. The LimeWire16d118.exe program fixed my problems. |
