 Being able to continue a DownLoad from an individual is not the same as being able or unable to 'connect to the network'. There are a variety of causes for your inability to connect to Ultrapeers... We need a bit more info from you as to the LW version you are running and what Operating System Firewall ISP connection type Are you at a school or work or at home... The first question is how are you able to download ? You must have been with a viable connection at some time in order to do the search that resulted in the file being selected by you and then the download started, right ???
