Using Direcway Satellite

Does anyone know what speed option I should be using since I am online with Direcway? It says High speed satellite connection. Does that mean It's cable or DSL or is it something like T1 or T3?
Can someone help me please?

It's almost surely a T connection although I can't really tell if it's T3 or T1 (I would tend to think T3)
