Hi tanna
3 things to do. 1. You will need to configure your firewalls to allow LW full access & also forward (open) a port to allow LW access. NAT routers block most ports. See instructions here for your model (need to set up static ip 1st): Port Forwarding instructions for the Dell TrueMobile 2300 Use Port number 6346
2. You will also need to configure your firewalls, see here: http://www.limewire.com/english/content/firewalls.shtml

3. You will also need to force ip within LW: LW Force IP instructions & sample image

After this you should be fine. After running LW for 30-60 mins you can do this test: Bug Report instructions & sample image & the result should be True. If it's false then something in the above 3 steps might not have been set up properly.
