my limewire will not stay connected .. it says this .. says my machine does not have an active internet connection or a firewall is blocking limewire from accessing the internet how do I check this firewall problem if that's the problem with a firewall .. where do I go check the settings for the firewall and what do I set the settings too .. this is getting to be a pain in the butt that I can't stay connected to Limewire .. Thank you

Can you give us a total desciption of your set up: 1. OS version, 2. What firewalls you have, 3. ram, 4. HDD space available, 5. Connection type, 6. Modem & router brand name & model numbers, 7. Where are you trying to connect from (home, school, work, etc.)?
These details are vital if you want us to find out what your connection problem is.
