Can't connect now: How to uninstall SP2?

O.K. I think i've tried everything. I deleted the .lime folder, I downloaded the patch, I disabled auto-start, and the tips bar, I chaned my firewall settings to allow for gnutella ports 6346 (twice), I even disabled my firewall, and tried to download a beta version and still nothing!!!! there has to be a way for me to connect. It was working fine with an excellent connection until I got the SP2 pack, now even with all these suggestions nothing. If anyone has anymore bright ideas i'd be happy to hear them, I cant get past connecting.......

Get rid of SP2. Do you really need it? It reduces simultaneous connection ability. Some people have uninstalled it to get their normal connection back.

In my control panel I can't find SP2 to uninstall it. I know I installed it because I have all of its features, and I remember installing it (right before limewire quit working) how can I find it? I did a search, but it brought no results.

Not being an authority on this the best reference in the forum I could find is by uninstalling it via your Add/Remove programs control panel, uninstall SP2 under software in your configuration screen.
