Weird Connecting Error
 

As i turn on my LW
a error pops up and it goes like this:
"Lime wire was unable to set up a port to listen for incoming connections. Some featues of Lime wire may not work as expected."
the only option was ok so i clicked it and it came up again so i clicked ok again so i waited for it to connect....its says "connecting" i went somewhere for a while and went back 5 mins later....still says "connecting" its not connecting!
plz help out

by the way i have McAfee Firewall and Windows XP
i have 56k connection but it shouldnt take that long
i use to have kazaa and soulseek and had no problems connecting
