 Limewire Just Dissappears after/upon connecting Hi I am running Windows XP SP 2 and have downloaded Limewire 4.2.6. I am able to open it and sometimes connect, at which point I have an excellent connection. I can even sometimes download a file or two. But then Limewire invariably just disappears from sight with no warning message or anything and this happens every single time. It is very frustrating and I have tried everything I can to try to resolve the issue including tampering with my firewall but I do not think there can be a problem there given that I am able to connect, albeit for only a few seconds/minutes at a time, before Limewire just disappears. Any advice much appreciated!  |
